These are terms and conditions that are laid out regarding the service of your website maintenance plan and all parties’ responsibilities. It is your responsibility to ensure you have read and agreed to the WebCare Plans Terms and Conditions prior to purchase, as purchase of this product is agreeing to these terms and conditions. They are here to protect both parties.
What are the benefits of regular website maintenance (WebCare)
Regular website maintenance (WebCare) plans is not merely a technical necessity; it’s a strategic business decision that impacts virtually every aspect of your online presence. What happens if I have more than 3 websites?
If you have more than 3 websites then you can book in for a WebCare Discovery call to work out your needs and the best plan for you.
Do you support WooCommerce websites and membership/course websites?
Yes we do. We specifically support MemberPress membership websites.
What's the difference between Issue Support Tasks and Content Amendments?
Website support tasks are tasks to help fix any issues or things that are broken on your website, like something not working correctly, integrating applications, etc. Content Amendments is to help add, edit or replace small pieces of content on your website, such as copy, images, etc. It does NOT include designing and/or adding new pages, posts or projects. This service is an additional cost which can be quoted for you.
What happens if I want Malware removal?
Malware removal is not included. There is an additional cost for this service. Please see the Malware Removal product.
What happens if I want my website security strengthened?
This is an additional service we can provide for you. You can find out more about what this entails and how to request it on our Website Security area of the website.
Do I get a report every month?
You get a report of your websites care plan every month if you are on the Premium Plan.
Do you provide website support if I have technical issues?
The No Frills plan does not provide for website task support (for technical support). 15 minutes of website task support is provided on the Premium plan for each website on a Premium plan. You also get 15 minutes of amendments support on the Premium plan for each website.
